Jay Bruber CEO
Jay is a Minnesota-based entrepreneur and joined Persolvent in 1999. His strong leadership established the company as a major player in the payment industry, and his passion for continuous improvement has driven the development of technology that is widely respected in the field. Jay’s ability to form win-win business relationships has successfully forged partnerships with the country’s largest companies. Jay is on the advisory board for Vantiv, which is the third largest payment processor in the United States. Today, Persolvent is the one of the leading providers of technology and payment solutions to K-12 schools in the nation. Its client-base also includes professional services firms, banks, medical software, the U.S. military, retailers, and e-commerce businesses.
Julie Bruber President
Julie began her career in the payments industry in 1992 and founded Persolvent in 1993. Today, Julie heads up our ecommerce division and has developed partnerships with some of the largest ecommerce companies in the world. She is also responsible for new businesses development sales and training where she continues to lead the company through a planned growth cycle by developing new business relationships and working with customers in a "Partners for Profit" program that supports them in their efforts to grow their business and make more money.
Vince Arnoldi COO
Vince manages the day-to-day operations, overseeing internal technical infrastructure and collaboration with key partners and clients. He was instrumental in building a world-class technical team at Persolvent to develop, implement and support innovative payment solutions. Vince helped implement one of the most technologically advanced application processes in the industry and facilitated the integration of payment processing for 14,000+ schools within some of the largest districts in the country.
Austin Park Manager IT Infrastructure
Austin leads Persolvent’s technology team and is responsible for delivering cutting-edge, web-based solutions. Prior to joining the company in 2012, Austin’s career in the IT field spanned across the financial service, advertising and food manufacturing industries. He has managed many large-scale, transformational projects for General Mills, RSM McGladrey, GMAC-RFC, Marketing Architects and Varde Partners and has successfully integrated systems and applications across foreign offices in Europe and Asia. Austin graduated from the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management with a degree in MIS and earned his MBA in finance from the University of Saint Thomas.
Warren Mack Advisory Board
Warren is an attorney at the Minneapolis law firm of Fredrikson & Byron, P.A., where he concentrates his practice on corporate, health and tax law. His clients include business owners and managers, clinics and hospitals. Warren has held leadership positions at Fredrickson & Byron, serving as chairman of the board from 1997-2002 and president and CEO from 1985-1997. Warren writes and lectures frequently on health, tax, and corporate law topics and has taught business law as an adjunct professor at Macalester College in St. Paul, MN. Warren currently serves on three charitable boards and five business corporation boards, both public and private. He was recognized as one of Minnesota's Outstanding Directors by Twin Cities Business in October 2006.
Ken Kroening Advisory Board
Ken has over 30 years of leadership experience as a financial executive, including CFO and vice president roles in the retail financial services industry involving large grocery retail chains and insurance subsidiaries. He also has a background in finance and accounting, serving in controller and corporate accounting leadership roles in retail financial services settings. His proven success in achieving profitable, sustainable and rapid growth in the areas of strategic financial planning, IT, brick-and-mortar expansion and annual revenue are highly valuable to Persolvent. Ken also participates in ongoing education within the retail financial management world as an Adjunct Faculty Member at University of St. Thomas Center for Business Excellence-College of Business.
